    A Working Yeti

For those who don't much keep up on East Coast news, it's being reported on WDWmagic that the Yeti on Expedition Everest has finally been recieving repairs and is now CAPABLE but NOT guaranteed to be in "A" fully moving mode.

Aparantly they have been working on this over the last 6 months behind the scenes and are now selectivly testing a new repaired moving Yeti. I've not personally seen this, but from the info gathered it's a new movement sequence which puts less stress on the creature's structure, but will still involve full movement and not just the flashing light "B" mode effects we've had for the last year plus.

If this is in fact true, and these repairs do fully fix this, then I think you West Coasters have a good future of your dragon ahead of you. Trust me, a few months is nothing compared to well over a year of a damaged animatronic.

Good to hear. It's such a great ride and so much was put into all parts of it. It deserves to be working properly to give all of the full effects.

Eddie: You mean to tell me you could have taken your hand out of those cuffs at any time?
Roger: Not at any time. Only when it's funny.

Agreed. Sometimes there are more pressing issues.
