Kitchen Sink Sundae

I remember having the Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream in Walt Disney World a few years back as I paid for it for my dad (belated Father's day gift) since I knew we were going to WDW later on that year.

Does anyone know where I can find a recipe for the Kitchen Sink? I'm heading down to WDW, staying at Boardwalk with my Family and long -time (since pre-k) best friend and wanted to show him what's in "The Sink"

I also recall making them for my birthday two years ago because we found a recipe or at least solid list of the ingredients in it. But I seemed to have misplaced the list.

While browsing online elsewhere, someone reported having this thing called a "Super Bowl Sundae" at ESPN Zone. That is comparable to Kitchen Sink but served in Super Bowl Trophy? I have never heard of it and was wondering if the ESPN Zone on WDWs Boardwalk may have it?

Looks pretty simple.... just a bunch of scoops of vanilla, chocolate & strawberry ice cream topped with pretty much every ice cream topping known to mankind, plus Oreos, candy bars, bits of cake...

Best I could find is at allears:

Eight Scoops of Ice Cream served with all the Toppings in the house and a whole can of Whipped Cream

When my wife and I went to WDW in August, we ate at the Beach Club at the counter and watched them make many of them:

Here's a description I found from another site:
Tey start with peanut butter and chocolate sauces in the bottom and add in the ice cream. Big scoops of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate chip and another random flavor that I remember thinking did not go very well with that.

Then they tossed in large slices of Angel Food Cake, brownies, Oreos and a Milkey Way bar, followed by an ENTIRE CAN of whipped topping.

Then more brownies and Oreos, and a bananna.

This was topped by cherries and some kind of pineapple gook

You can actually order it, any way that you like. They serve it with a certain number of scoops of ice cream. You choose the flavors. They will include any toppings that you choose. You can leave off the toppings that you don't care for. It is topped off with an entire can of whipped cream.

They give you bowls to eat it in.

It is fun finishing the kitchen sink. I did it with 4 other people. I remember eating a whole lot of bananas since I was the only one that liked them.

The one at the Paradise Pier Hotels PCH Grill costs $21 last time I was there. Just letting you all know there is a west coast place to get one of those.

There is also one at Ghiradelli in DTD. It's $30, but I'm sure you're paying for the name, since it's pretty much the same thing, according to allears.

Anybody else ever try to tackle this alone? What got me was a factor I never even consider, after about 30 minutes I started to get really cold from all that ice cream.

Gee, that looks a lot like a Farrell's Zoo. A huge sundae for 6 people or more, just in a stainless "sink" bowl instead of a plain one, and without the stretcher run.

(Lots of other places have the same idea of a Big Sundae for the whole party, with all sorts of regional variations.)

I tried Ghiradelli on one of our last trips. I wasn't that impressed. In fact, I didn't even finish my sundae.

I REALLY wanna try that fudge sundae at Beaches and Cream. With the brownie, fudge and oreos. Oh, that sounds good!
