If it were the 80's and they were opening Star Tours 1.0 in a new Star Tours land you might have the equivalent of what Universal is doing now. Universal parks and JK and the WB movie studio were all involved in the creative development and excecution of HP land - I think these ragtag additions don't total up to the same bang as HP land will provide Universal. Plus there are a lot of people who've never been to that resort who'll go for HP but also enjoy the rest of their parks for the first time.

I think Disney needs one major flagship attraction that is exciting and easy to sell to a familiar public. If they open JTTCOTE will Tweens care?

Well if they opened something like JTTCOTE they can definitely get the tweens attention, look how much buzz the original Test Track generated in that agegroup...I think a ride like JTTCOTE could generate that kind of buzz again and with the addition of the two rumoured expansions seriously dent Harry's impact on the attendance numbers

Little Mermaid. It sounds like the most fun. To me, that is.

I don't think they would consider putting in a ride where the lagoon used to be for 20LGS since they already repaved over it and have a maze in there
