Arrow vegetarian at disney world (thats me!)

All right, well hi! umm im leaving in 3 days, counting today, to wdw (excited)!.... and im a very often disneyland go-er (5x a month) and im concerned for what veggie stuff i will find in restaurants both window and sit down restaurants. when i go to disneyland, i normally get veggie burgers or veg gumbo and veg chili bread bowls, but i see they dont have that, well maybe veggie burgers... but i was looking at eating at the crystal palace, tomorrowland noodle terrece, and what ever else.

so basically what im asking is can i get a list of menu items of veggie meals so i can know when i go... im a very picky eater too!

thanks in advance

www.allearsnet.com

You can find menus there. Also at table service restaurants, tell your server right away you're a vegetarian and they'll be happy to accommodate you.

Re: vegetarian at disney world (thats me!)

At Magic Kingdom we pretty much always eat at cosmic Rays Starlight cafe. It has veggie burgers (they changed types this year and aren't as good as before, but they are still way better than the ones at Disneyland) and they also have an awesome condiment cart with grilled onions and mushrooms.

But all in all we eat 90% offsite. They opened a Sweet Tomatoes in the DTD crossroads shopping center and we go there a lot.

I can't tell how recent this is, but here's a site I found online that seems to have listed every vegetarian dish at every restaurant in the parks, with prices:
