Splashmoun10's Awesome Photos for August 4th-11th, GREAT JOB! (8/4/09---8/11/09)

1,653 photos. 220 minutes of HD footage. 6 days in the parks. 8 hours flights. And WAY TOO MUCH FUN.

Here it is, my first ever trip report for Walt Disney World, but actually my second trip to WDW. Last year I visited for 12 days in June '08 and took around 700 pictures and 4 tapes of video. But, do to a rather crazy time, I just had no energy or will to do a TR. I regret nothing. This year have been motivated to do one, although I will try to let my photos explain the trip and contain only a little bit of commentary. Or just skip to my flickr here and check out all my pictures there.

Arriving on the 4th and leaving on the 11th of August, we visited the Walt Disney World resort for 6 complete days. We stayed at the Pop Century Resort (which in my opinion was an amazing experience), in the 60's themed section (not so great b/c the 60's are probably my least favorite decade....I wanted the 50's or 90's).

First day: Magic Kingdom.
Second day: Epcot.
Third day: Animal Kingdom.
Fourth day: Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Fifth day: Magic Kingdom.
Sixth day: Epcot.

I just looked at my work ahead of me, and it looks like I am going to have to go through 92 pages on my flickr to add my best pictures...so I will either post as much as I can per day, or try to cap everything at under "the top 100 pics."

***Quick note: I will already be returning to Disneyland from the 16th-18th with friends.

I wanna get my panoramas and HDR's out of the way first. So...Let's begin!

Good story here. Whilst taking a picture, this kid jumped in my way and just stood there like that. So I pointed down and took the picture. No words were exchanged...no smiles...just snap and go. It made it so funny that this happened and then we both walked away...so random.
