So have they walled up The Toon Town Fair thingy yet?

No official announcement on the closing of Toontown Fair, but the speculation is the end of summer will be the earliest we seem them close.

As much as I dislike the idea of a whole Princess area I think I dislike Toontown Fair even more...

Although, as a self proclaimed aviation nut, I will miss the Barnstormer theme. If Casey Junior is the theme-du-jour that's not so bad, cause trains are cool too!

My kids love TTF. My son fussed like you wouldn't believe when we swapped out with our daughter on the Barnstormer. He is 1 1/2 inches too short. The walls that were up in the last of Apr were still blank.

Now it will be interesting for when we go back for our annual trip in April of Next Year.

As of right now, officially, there are no plans to close Mickey's ToonTown Fair this year.

We were sent over there with the message that only we would defend Disney quality.. We learnt quickly that the Japanese culture speaks to a level of quality that is hard to comprehend. They were all unbelievably skilled and willing to do the right thing.

Re: Fantasyland Project Tracker : Official Thread

Hopefully this is somewhat on topic but to compensate for the loss of Toontown Fair, I think it would be neat if Mickey and the gain had their own Victorian townhouses on Main Street for their new greeting areas.

    What do you all think?

Also, does anyone think that the layout for the Fantasyland expansion seems a bit awkward? I always found it weird that the Flying Dumbo ride was being shoved so far back into the park.

Also, there's a train station at MTTF right? I assume it will be rethemed to Dumbo I take it?

A section of planter that used to be behind the Winnie the Pooh fastpass area was covered over with a Mysterious Green Box (of doom), and met its demise. Tis no more.
