Stayed at Contemporary several times....The monorail going through it is the best part. Grand Floridian is a must do at christmas time!! very very magical experience there during christmas trust me!

Polynesian is on my wish list BIG time...

Step one. Win the Lottery
Step Two. Book the King Kamehameha Suite suite for a month.
Step Three. Invest money or something..
Step Four. Book another WDW trip

I have to disagree. While the monorail is really awesome. The best part of staying at the Contemporary is waking up to the sound of a distant steam whistle and then seeing this every morning.

Never stayed on that side. We had the other side with the night time water show....That was fun :)

I stayed at POFQ in June, and took the boat to Downtown Disney. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon.

Of course, I always refer to that resort as Dixie Landings. It is my favorite of all of the Moderate-level hotels. I've stayed at all of them at that level, but this one has the best charm, and atmosphere, in my opinion.

I agree. Having stayed there in the old Dixie Landings days, it is hard to call it anything else now. I love that place.
