July is a really crowded time. Is it possible for you to go in September?
It all depends on how you feel about crowds, I was in WDW 2 weeks ago and I'm thinking never again, as it was so crowded. I think I'll just take my son out of school in September.
September after Labor Day weekend is usually ideal. Also if you want to experience the park's Christmas stuff, the best time is during the first weeks of December before winter break for the schools.

July is very hot, humid and rainy (summer is the rainy season - it rains pretty much every day anytime between 3pm and 6pm). Also very crowded. I'd wait until the fall when it cools down and the weather is better. September after Labor Day is a good time.
ORGOCH: I wouldn't go ta Walt Dizzy Whirl a 'tall. Go ta Universal Studs instead.
