    Annual Pass question.

I have a valid Disneyland Resort Annual Passport. Can I upgrade that pass in WDW to a Premier Pass or do I have to upgrade in the same Resort I originally bought it from?

    Re: Annual Pass question.

I can't clearly answer this. I have seen some people say yes and some no.

It may be because there was a lot of initial CM confusion on handling the Premier Passes.

Also some people have had trouble accessing both the DL and WDW AP sites.

You may want to in DL so you can use it to book an AP deal for WDW.

    Re: Annual Pass question.

^^Thanks for your help. Im staying at my cousins house who works near Magic Kingdom (I'm not sure where because he use to work in the parks but he has been promoted since I was last there) so hotel Discounts don't really matter to me. I'll ask him maybe he can find out for me. Thanks though.

    Re: Annual Pass question.

I have heard that the DLR CMs are a lot more familiar with this process, and it is easier to get done in CA.

However you can upgrade at Guest Services here at WDW, just be patient, and it may take some time.

    Re: Annual Pass question.

^^Thanks kingEric! My cousin had absolutely no idea but finally someone who knows they can do it. I know even in California it's kind of a pain because most of the CM's have never dealt with it. The taxes I think are the main problem because I believe you have to pay taxes for both states so it gets really confusing if you haven't done it before.
