Re: EPIC guest fail=CoP evacuation/CMs losing it
Sometimes they just refuse to listen so much that you get a bit frustrated and more angry than you should be. He shouldn't yell...but guests shouldn't get up. Sometimes you have to yell when safety is involved, because when someone dies, it isn't their fault, it'll be his.
“The press [should be] a watchdog. Not an attack dog. Not a lapdog. A watchdog. Now, a watchdog can't be right all the time. He doesn't bark only when he sees or smells something that's dangerous. A good watchdog barks at things that are suspicious.” – Dan Rather
They should have had security give the people who left a stern talking to.. sure the customers come first and blah blah blah... but whatever, this kind of junk is enough to make you want to quit your job
I don't understand how it's hard to say "Failure to comply with instructions is reason to be escorted out of the park". We have this policy at my local theme park and while yes, it causes drama at the moment, it makes it better because you don't have people spitting off rollercoasters or throwing change off of random thrill rides, or people getting up during motion rides, etc etc etc

Reason: added more to my argument
"Failure to comply with instructions is reason to be escorted out of the park".
They have that at Universal and lemme tell you, IOA coordinators and Team Members do NOT fool around and hand out stickers and No Strings Attached forms. We've actually radioed other attractions at IOA to warn them about guests.
That is just sad. Especially how people continue to walk right out of the theater even while he is saying quite clearly and concisely not to. Also, I despise the lack of attention span today's Uh-Merican seems to have. If the attraction doesn't have any loops or Disney characters, It's obviously not worth their time when they could be eating a churro or buying useless merchandise.
