is this possible to have a lucnch new years eve at the garden grill at epcot?...would you recromend going during that time... how is epcot crowd wise that day (i imagine it would be close to insainly packed)
do you have to be a resort guest to attend the 11:40 fireworks (with the climax at 12:00 midnight?

i have a photo progect to be doing that week for photogrophy class, would it be smart to take these pictures at the parks?
Depends on the class, the teacher, etc. If you're in a college photography class or something, one can take some very beautiful pictures in the parks. I've seen unique night shots, close-ups of plants, and pictures with interesting special effects that create some beautiful shots.
If this is a high school project, and your subject is "I went to Disney World while you guys were working on whatever it was you presented, here's pictures of my vacation" then chances are that will go over about as well as a fart in an elevator.

No, trust me, it won't work. At that age, no teacher is going to give you a good grade for going to Disney and telling the class. It'll just inspire more jealousy than you're already going to get.
Needless tangent: When one of the neighbor's kids were in second grade back at my old place, the rich kid in this boy's class actually made a whole show & tell out of going to WDW/Universal, staying at the Grand Floridian, going to all the parks and water parks and roller coasters and stuff. Richie Rich then gave T-shirts and stuff to his best friends and gave everyone else in the class free "souveneirs." What a guy, giving everyone strips of toilet paper with Mickey Mouse heads embossed in it. Talk about a gift I can wipe my *** with!
