    Re: Old/Abandoned Traces of WDW

Pretty much anything at EPCOT that's lost it's sponsor over the years probably has a VIP lounge that collects dust (check out the one in the Living Seas, it's gorgeous). The VIP lounge at CoP. There's also the old RCA VIP lounge that hasn't been used since FedEX left.

Not true (wasn't sure if you were joking). It's been reported that the Matterhorn was expected to go at the back of Fantasyland behind Pinnochio Village House and the old Fantasy Faire stage. There was no foundation per se as that is the main entrance to Fantasyland basement, next to the cast member cafeteria. To my knowledge it never appeared in any preview materials.

I'm years out of date, but I believe the tunnel from Fan Basement to Tomorrowland Terrace may go under the teacups.

So with the construction did the Matterhorn foundation get reused or demolished?

If it's in fantasyland behind Pinnochio's I have a hard time believing there was a foundation.

If I remember correctly, there's still the structures that held the line for the old swan boats from Magic Kingdom, as well as the boat ride from Animal Kingdom.
