Last I heard either the ones from MK or Anaheim were scraped for parts in Japan.
That's to bad, I really enjoyed the original one. I believe that one had more floats than the one that's currently running at MK.
The one that ran in the late 90's was not WDW's original main street electrical parade, it was Disneyland's brought over after Light Magic debuted there, and was the same one as is currently there today.
The original WDW electrical parade was sent to Paris after being replaced by SpectroMagic in [91/92]. They ran it for some years, then started running Fantillusion brought from tokyo. The floats were slated to be sent to Hong Kong Disneyland, but were determined to be in too much disrepair so were stripped down and sunk to the bottom of the ocean.
A third "original" main street electrical parade was created in Tokyo Disneyland. No clue what happened to their floats I assume they were destroyed once Fantillusion was created. And now of course they have dreamlights.
