So the Husband and I got some time off to go to WDW, well have about 7 Days. Our questions are... Whats the "To Do" things to see in the area since 2009? And, whats the weather like during April? rainy? Hot?
Any assistance would be fantastic. :)

Not too rainy, but be prepared, showers are intense. It's not likely to be hot, just warm or very warm. It's always humid. Check the weather when it gets close, but ponchos are easy to find onsale once the rain starts.
There is some Harry Potter stuff, and Transformers may be into soft openings. The new Fantasyland stuff is very nice, it's like Fantasyland in DLR.
The next generation queue stuff is looking nice.
You may want to spend more time in AK and DHS incase some areas are gone next time you visit. Think Backlot Tour and Festival of the Lion King.
EPCOT has the Flower and Garden Festival in April, and it looks like this year they are adding some special food options in World Showcase, making it like a mini version of the Food and Wine Fest they have in the Fall.
It's some of the same booths they use for Food & Wine, so if you haven't been to that, you could kind of kill two birds with one stone visiting Flower & Garden this year as you can get a small taste (pun not intended) of what Food & Wine is all about.
When in April are you visitng? Earlier in the month you're likely to see spring break crowds (because not all schools have spring break in March), but they taper off as the month goes on.
