Thumbs down What DL attraction/themed area do you NOT want to have a twin in WDW?

For me it would be either Cars Land or Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyer Island.

Definately Cars Land. I also don't want to see the Swiss Family Robinson tree changed to the Tarzan theme, other forums(whose names shall not be mentioned here for the "safety of others") have said that there are rumors to change it to a Pixie Hollow tree.

    No, just...just no.

I would hate to see any of the lands at California Adventure get cloned at all. I'm fine with some of the rides but some should just be originals.

I definitely agree that some attractions are integral to a resort's identity and shouldn't be cloned. I think that Indiana Jones, the Nemo submarines, and all of Cars Land would fit that definition.

EDIT: And the Matterhorn, of course.

I think you're safe with the Materhorn not being cloned. Besides, it does hold the distinction of being the world's first steel roller coaster. With regards to the Indiana Jones ride, we do kind of have a clone here at WDW in a way. Dinosaur, has the same track layout as Indy, just not the same sets.

I wouldn't mind any of them being cloned. I and I'm sure many east coasters never plan on going to the west coast and so would never get a chance to see them. Of course that could be a selling point for NOT cloning them. From a sales point of view, if you want to see cars land you have to go to DisneyLand.

Not that it would work on me

Cars Land should stay at DCA. it is unique, and makes the resort have a special land that people will travel to

Episode 8: Darth Vader is resurrected and goes on Jerry Springer, claiming he is Luke and Leia's father

Episode 9: Princes Leia is not Luke's sister, making him furious (we all know why...).

All! When I go to WDW I want to see attractions we don't have in CA! And same goes for those coming to DLR on vacation! Why can't they get it? Use the same track layouts and ride technologies if you must but stop cloning!

    you can keep it

give me the smooth, modern, technical wonder that's Everest any day over that back-breaking torture machine. Also, before you comment on Disco Yeti, let me remind you that the Matterhorn's snowman does not move either.

Harold does move. You can't tell as much since you zip by him so fast.

Harold moves and Disco Yeti does not. For now, at least.
