Four counter services I always enjoy Pecos Bill. I love their taco salads and the topping bar is awesome!

it doesn't truely count but I also can't have a trip without the Mickey Ice Cream Bar.

We go to the world about once a year and we try to do as many different restaurants as possible. Yak and Yeti is a great place at Animal kingdom as well as the restaurants at the AK lodge , Pecos Bill is a favorite at Magic Kingdom. We did "be our guest" but I wasn't impressed with the food or the dinning experience. It felt like a HS cafeteria. The settings were beautiful, but the meal meh. EPCOT, I love all the ones I've been to. France, Japan, Mexico, Germany. Morocco was a bit loud but the food was fun.

To pick a "best" would be very hard as we have had a great time at almost all of them.

A WDW trip without a dinnner at O'Hana is always a little lacking for me.

Re: What is the one dining place your trip cannot go without?

Since all my trips to the World these days are for work, I am generally short on time and money, but the one non-negotiable meal that I MUST get the three times a year I am there is the freakishly delicious turkey sandwich from Starring Rolls Café in Hollywood Studios. The downside to the thing is that it is piled so ridiculously high that you have to unhinge your jaw like a snake to eat it, but from the Italian-dressed lettuce on the top to the thick, soft slab of fresh mozzarella on the bottom.....Oh folks, it's amazing!

For us at MK it is Tony's. Epcot is Garden Grill. DAK is Tusker House and Studios is a tie between 50's Prime Time and the Sci-Fi Dine in theatre.

We go to Boma sometimes as well.. Not a must do but we haven ended up there more often than not on trips.. Service is wonderful.. you have to have an open mind there though as some of the food sounds odd but is wonderful.
