Re: Best time to go-- Late May or Late August?

Both Pirates are undergoing a similar refurb. I would love to go during a holiday but with being a CM and all, it's almost impossible.

Late May it is then, right after I get out of school for the semester!

Unles January is better (I'd prefer not to wait that long!)

Good choice. Plenty of southern families ditching school to vacation, but most places are still in school! Makes for a great time.

No, May is much better. Like I said, once you experience Star Wars Weekends, you'll be happy you chose May (plus, the extended hours & rides open also make May better).

Mikey is definitely right on this OPINION.

May is so much more pleasant. Park hours also are generally longer in May than late August. Florida schools go back as early as late July (amazing, I know), so usually by the second week of August they are cutting way back in hours, and the weather is the worst you'll get in Orlando.

May has all of the above and Flower and Garden Fest at Epcot. Weather will be hot during the day, but not killer, and the nights will be quite pleasant.
