This sounds nice. Disney has never had a problem making pretty locations. What set Pleasure Island apart for me, was the very live entertainment available. Especially the Adventurers Club. I know that a recreation of that same club is unrealistic, but to have venues that are as alive and immersive as that would be what puts this over the top.
I know I'm clutching at straws, but I see no reason that the Adventurers Club and the Comedy Warehouse could not be part of Disney Springs. OK the "wacky" theme of the AC probably doesn't fit with the upmarket-retail-and-dining-experience but the whole place seems to be a themed environment anyway, so what's it matter that they offer a little light hearted improv in the evening?

Is it me or does the concept art look more like California than Florida?
Transformation Through Adventure
"If you go somewhere you've never been before, try something you've never done before, see something you've never seen before, that experience alone makes you a new person. You are transformed. If you go out and seek adventure, adventure itself will change you and you will be transformed." -Joe Rohde
