I love the Muppets, Bugs Life and PhilharMagic. The first two are very funny, and PhilharMagic fits perfectly into Fantasyland.

Re: What's your favorite WDW 3-D Attraction?
I guess I would break it down this way:
Magic Journeys -- I was about 7 when I saw this so of course it was amazing.
Captain EO -- Back in the day it was really quite impressive. It's now obsolete for LOTS of different reasons (:
HISA -- Very cool at the time, but it seems dated now.
Muppet Vision -- I really do adore this one, and I do love the Muppets. It's a classic.
PhilharMagic -- I was quite pleasantly suprised by this, and it is extremely re-watchable. Great for all ages too.
Tough to be a Bug -- To me, this was the most impressive blend of in-theater effects and 3D effects I've seen and I was really blown away. This one gets my vote. It's also the best thing BY FAR in DAK (pre-Everest, natch)
"I'm working on changing Hollywood...at the studio that fired me twice."
Although I do really like Hista, Muppetvision & Ittbab (and I love the music to Magic Journeys), my absolute favorite has to be Philharmagic. The effects are the best, the characters are my favorite, I love the songs, the CG is great & I love all the touching moments. The best audience reactions are here & this really brings my favorite moments to 3D life.
“You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.” - Walt Disney
I voted for 'bugs' because that show has the best integration of AA's and the 3D film. It feels more like a full presentation. I love Mickey's PhilarMagic, but with two caveats. First, the CGI versions of Aladdin and Peter Pan don't do it for me. I love their drawn counter parts better. Second, the show needs more feeling of life to me. That is what AA's bring to the table. It feels less like I am watching a movie when characters seem to come alive in the theater. Donald's rear is the best part of MP!

It's Tough to be a Captain Magic Phil starring the Shrunken Muppets... now that's a 3-D show I can vote for. Better yet, make it 4-D.
"This movie was shot in 3-B... three beers and it looks good, eh? Hoser-rama" - Strange Brew
It's all about PhilharMagic...it's the most Disney of them all, and it makes you feel like you are flying over Agrabah (imagine if they had built the motion-based floor to make it even more realistic...).
