Tightest (Favorite) Non-Headliner Disney-MGM Studios Attractions

In order to get a better pictyre of the popularity of non-e-ticket attractions at Disney-MGM Studios, I decided to create a special poll. Oft times is the cas where I personally enjpy some of the attractions that are less touted than others just as much as the biggies. They certainly serve to round out a day.

I enjoy most of the Disney-MGM less touted attractions. Although The Great Movie Ride is not listed on this poll - I'm crazy about it.

My favorites from this list are Beauty & the Beast (the new version is much better than the old version), Sounds Dangerous, Mermaid & Muppetvision.

Glad you like it. BPF. You inspired me. I didn't tealize it, but there are way too many attractions at Disney-MGN for one poll. I was even hard pressed to try to fit everything onto two polls. Although, between the two, I think I have a pretty acurate reflection of peoples opinions. This is indeed hecka fun.

Yes, but I don't like the "non-headliner idea" as Indy, Playhouse, and Mermaid are all outside on the sign as you enter. What makes them not "headline" then? And Muppets? c'mon!!!

You have a point. These attractions are underrated by some, and deserve to be promoted in the forefront.

Bork Bork Bork. Guess what I picked. LOL

Just FYI, I would have picked Magic of Disney Animation too... but they destroyed it and got rid of the best Peter Pan sequel of all time, "Back to Neverland." So I say, sorry. No animation for me.

I've always felt that Disney-MGM is underrated, so I'm glad to give it some props. I love this park. And I'll say that after MK, it's the most kid-friendly for very young kids. Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Playhouse Disney, HISTK Playground, and MuppetVision -- my preschool girls loved all of these. Heck, they even loved Who Wants to Be A Millionaire and made us do it twice!

And for this particular poll I of course voted for Muppets!

Haw-haw, The Magic of Outsourced Animation has zero votes (although someone will inevitably vote for it just to spoil it now.)

MGM as a park didn't wow me that much which is kind of strange because it seemed like a natural place I'd like having taped the special in the 80s and watched it many times ince. My thoughts about the whole place was that One Man's Dream was GREAT eye candy for a Walt fanboy, the Great Movie Ride is fun but needs some minor refurbs, they ought to move the Power Rangers to DCA instead, and the south side of the park cries out for Indy.

I mean, in all categories (attractions/restaurants/entertainment) it only really has 2 options that are worth raving about for most people. It's kind of dull otherwise. It's on the verge of being a worthwhile park, though. It just needs a little more cash...

This is tragic magic for sure. If somebody dares to vote for it, I'll take one of Bill's pineapplely juicy Dole Whips and throw it at them! LOL
