    Blue Bayou

I'm a WDW n00b, and i was wondering if WDW had the Blue Bayou restaurant, like Disneyland. If not, is there a restaurant similar to the Blue Bayou in WDW?

You're looking for the San Angel Inn over at the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot. It is the only restaurant in WDW that is similar in style to the Blue Bayou, however it is Mexican food, not New Orleans.

yep, that's the closet to the Blue Bayou as far as setting goes... But if you want some great cajun food, go to the House of Blues, or if you love the Monte Cristos at Blue Bayou, then have Monte Cristos at Bennigans that are just as good. And the great thing about the montes at Bennigans is that they're cheap, and you get a lot of food.

You mean it's a small world - Mexico? That's what I call it! Yes, while it may appear similar, it isn't really close at all. As a Disneyland girl myself when I went to WDW I was curious as to their dining locations. I quickly realized how many wonderful and unique dining locations WDW has! (Ahem, Ohana's!! )

They should have built one when they added POTC to WDW. I think it would have done well.

Oh God, the Mexico ride is horrible. They could have done such better there but instead we got a second version of it's an annoying dancing doll world.

The initial part of the ride as you float by the restaurant is pretty cool, though. The whole foreboding pyramid at night is awesome. But, I agree.....the end of the ride is a little too "cutesy".

Yeah.. really cutesy.. but hey, I enjoy the small world-esque skeletons for the Dia de los Muertos part of the ride.

Is the Blue Bayou even reopening with the new POTC in Disneyland?
