Beastly Kingdom was what exactly? An abandoned theme park concept or ride?
    I'll do this in A & B.

    A) Once you got to Rockettower Plaza (where the TTA leaves from and where the Astro Orbitor is) the redo of the buildings really stopped. The theme was continued all around the TTA track, but really the buildings before the TTA station got new posters, new paint jobs, new sections of theme and detail. The CoP, Skyway Building, and Indy Speedway building really just got new paint.
The side of Alien Encounter building by the Indy Speedway got some detailing, not as much as the entrance though. Not saying the attractions were unfinished, Space, Raceway and CoP all got "updates".

    B) Beastly Kingdomme was the long planned fantasy realm to Animal Kingdom. It was supposed to feature a dragon-themed rollercoaster, a bateaux boat ride (IASW style) for Fantasia and a Maze with an AA Unicorn. This area was to be a good v. evil area and was part of the original plan, then was pushed to phase II, and then was killed by a number of factors (size, cost...Paul Pressler you know the usual ). It was to be around where Camp Minnie Mickey is. CMM was added in under a year to the plans of AK, and it's Northwestern theme was chosen to compliment Beastly Kingdomme's Fantasy-style, which was still on the table at that time.
When entering CMM look for a large wall to your left, at park opening in 1998 that is where BK's entrance was to be, and on the bridge to CMM look right you can sorta still see the dragon rock. This was a "teaser" to BK in 1998 on the now dead riverboats.

Not sure if Beastly Kingdom was supposed to cover the entire area of Camp Mic & Min, but another bridge was also built to connect to the central portion of DAK to another area of the park which remains underveloped. Those who took the Discovery Boats Tour may remember seeing the other (still unused) bridge that was suppose to lead to the area just north of where Camp Mic and Minnie is and Harambe. The unused bridge may still be visible from some areas of DAK, especially when you are crossing the Discovery River on your way into Camp Mickey and Minnie.

The bridgs appears to be a road currently... (googled it.. not clear photo.. but appeared to be a road crossing the river into the island...)

Looks like a service bridge to Discovery Island:

(look at the far left hand side of the screen, it is the bridge in the middle)
I love the "bird's eye" view on live.com maps!
Thank You for dropping by my post. I do hope you enjoyed your stay....

/\ What they said. That is a service road for Discovery Island. It is the only backstage road onto the island.

That was the joke about Epcot's name since 1984, when I was a CM at WDW. Maybe Rocko has been there that long???
