    Parent swapping in lines...

This is probably a silly question, but, hubby wanted to know. Do all the rides in Disney World have this? You know, where you stand in line and one parent stays with the kid and the other rides, then, when that parent comes back, they switch....what rides have this? Also, a friend will be with us...could she ride the ride with both of us? Or will we have to stand in line twice? Thanks for the help!

I dont know if it is limited to specific rides or not.

When we went, they let us do it on any ride that we asked them to. In both Disney and Universal.

The Friend can probably only go on once, though

we were told about this but never used it becasue we went on the rides that we could bring our daughter on.

my understand is that all the rides do it for the parents but i think the friend couldn't ride it twice.

all attractions have something set up for this. Just walk up to the CM standing in front of the attraction and ask what their policy is.

MOST (not all) attractions w/ a fastpass line will have the first person stand in line and get on the ride. when they are done, they will give the 2nd person a child swap pass (which normaly allows them to bring another guest or two with them) to use as a fastpass.

Some ride vary, like Primevil Whirl at AK, (last I knew) they have a little seating area on the ride platform where the waiting party waits, and swaps right there when the first person is done.
Thank You for dropping by my post. I do hope you enjoyed your stay....

Just ask about a baby or child swap at the attraction entrance.

They can in DL. Each parent is allowed someone with them.

    Cheers.

    Re: Parent swapping in lines...

In fact.. you can bring up to 3 people with you with the swap pass.

Instead of waiting in the loading zone what the FP rides do is give you a special swap pass and send you to wait at the ride's exit.. and then you re-enter through the FP line with your pass. With the extra riders, on Soarin my kids would get to ride with me, and then get to ride with my wife as we had to swap for my youngest who can't ride. Unfortunatly on Soarin, even with FP, it takes over 30minutes for them to cycle through the ride. Its a LONG wait at the exit..
