    WOW! Lines at MGM.

So my roommate and I went to MGM last night and it was PACKED.

That's the line for Rockin' Rollar Coaster. I don't think I've ever seen the line that long for it.

And the wait time for Tower of Terror. They actually had the line wrapping around the outdoor garden area. The only time I remember the line being that long for it was when it had just opened.

Wow. I went to MK last Saturday and it was busy but I didn't think it was that bad. Most I had to wait was 20 minutes the 2nd time I rode Pirates. Everything else was a walk-on or I got fastpasses.

When I went last month, everything was packed from afternoon through evening. Best bet is to go right when the park opens. We fastpassed Rockn' and went to TOT. The tower was about a 10 minute wait, and then we did the other. Later that week, we reversed the process. We found that to be the way to do everything. Same with Everest, when we went in the afternoon, it was a 120 minute standby and a 60 minute on the single rider line. So we went back at opening, and fast passed it.
Night time just sucked, especially at the parks that were having EMHs.

Those are my TWO FAVORITE rides at DMGMS. I think that they are not to be missed. I have to say that EMH is probably the reason.

I agree. It's just crazy cause I've been going all summer and the longest line I had seen at TOT was 30 minutes, even at night. RnR is always a bit longer than ToT, but last night was just ridiculous.

And when I rode EE for the first time it was only a 10 minute wait. Just felt like mentioning that.

Wow! I went there on Friday early evening and both ToT and RnR were walk ons. In fact, ToT was so empty that they just said "sit wherever you'd like"

Spring break is always like this if not worse. I think ToT got up to 120 minutes.

I have two words to explain the larger-than-usual August crowds: FREE FOOD.

The Magic Your Way Plan WITH FREE DINING is in effect from 8/13-9/30, so expect the parks to be much busier than normal, considering that Sept. is historically the slowest month of the year.

Whooah - I went during peak time and never saw RnRC with anymore than 50 and ToT with 50 mins.
