I really miss Wonders of Life.
As for Horizons I rode it a long while back, on my family's trip in 1998 and it's tough to remember much. But I think the idea is MUCH more unique and exciting then a cookie-cutter (but well themed) thrill ride!

I heard that most of the inside items (the fitness fair stuff) has been taken out. They waited too long to try and update the pavilion if you ask me. Then again, they updated The Land and now it's crazy inside. That Pavilion really wasn't built for expansion it seems.
I liked the Wonders of Life Pavilion and I wished it could have been updated to bring people back into it. I felt that some of the things inside were tacky and just quickly thrown together.
Bump. Has there been any news on WOL? Still closed forever? When will they remove the tacky, obviously-cheap plants and give it at least the dignity of a permanent fence to close it off?
There's a small amount of updated info in this thread.

Ironic that the *LIFE* pavillion had the shortest lifespan of any major pavillion at EPCOT Center... Truly sad.
I loved how the WOL had all these hands on experiences that demonstrated different aspects of, well, life. Some of the exhibits even showed how excercizing could truly be fun! (I particularly liked the stationary bike that let you pedal through a Disney park, DL I think)
