Looks like they're taking an idea from Tokyo for the Sensational Six Villain Halloween costumes, though there they had Goofy as Jafar and Donald as Hades.

Not sure what's best about this. Daisy as Maleficent (which actually works quite well for her character) or CHERNAGOOF!~, which, uh hilariously doesn't.
