annual passes

Does anyone know if annual passes are good for all disney destinations?

No they're not. WDW passes are only good for WDW, Disneyland annual passes are only good at Disneyland, etc...

Yeah considering a FL resident annual pass for WDW is $339 (before tax).

it's over 500 for an out of state pass.

That's the way it currently is, but something is on the way that will be good both places. It's still a long ways off, and details haven't been worked out yet. It should be neat though when it is finally done.

jsut my opinion but I don't think it makes sense for disney to have a pass that is good at any of it's parks because most people would only go to one destination a year. unless you lived near one of them and were going to another or like some here worked for the airlines and could get to other spots alot.

The only one on this board I can think of that visits both parks with any unusual frequency is "danyoung."

I also think it is not a good idea, but then, I don't think the AP program is a good idea, period.

There are others.. they just don't say it often...

the WDW AP Program is not bad.. we get minimal discounts... free parking, access to what we pay (FLA pass gets 4 parks and thats it)... no discounts on food except during lunch at some world showcase restaurants.. no murtch discounts, except world of Disney... Room discounts are actually not more than the FLA rate usually..

DL's has more incentives actually.. (might get a AP for those discounts )

Do you have this on good authority? I have never understood why this hasn't been done.

I for one would love to be able to purchase a pass that would be good on both coasts, and then I could justify planning two vacations in a year.
