It was a tough call. I love Big Thunder at night too, but ToT is just a must at night. It is much more frightening.

I love Splash Mountain at night because at the one point when you go around the bend outside early in the ride, you are facing the Castle, and it is such an awesome view with the different colored lights on it, and I believe one can also see Space Mountain. It is even better when you ride it during the fireworks...there is no greater view for the fireworks over the Castle than from Splash Mountain

i like matterhorn....just a tad bit better than TOT cause you get to see more of the DL park hehe and it always seems faster at night...most rides do...

I agree with ya there, Wdw or bust, but ya gotta time your ride on Splash just right. Overall though, riding BTMR at anytime after dark is a blast! The darkness limits your senses and sight just enough to dramatically enhance the whole ride experience.

I love Big Thunder Railroad at night, especially when the fireworks are going off. It's so cool to go up & down the "mountains" & see the fireworks over the top of them. =)

Word, wdw. That late, everyone is usually packed into the hub anyway, so the line is crazy-short, and the outdoor parts seem so special and eerie. And when the fireworks are going, being up that high is just exhilarating.

Yep, definitely Splash Mountain.
