WDW coin from 1976 - any ideas on value??

Brian handed me this coin he got when he went to WDW back in 1976. He doesn't recall how he got it (whether it was bought or if they handed them out at the gate) but he found it in some stuff he was going through and wanted me to ask my MiceChat friends if they knew anything about it, and if it might be of some value.

It's bronze (colored at least, not sure if its ACTUAL bronze however) and on the face it has the Bicentennial logo Disney used with Mickey, Goofy and Pluto carrying the American flag and at the bottom is says "America On Parade". On the back it shows the Hall of Presidents and it says "Liberty Square" with 1776 on one side and 1976 on the other.

Here's a few REALLY bad photos I took of it. It was really difficult to get it to photograph decently to show what it looks like so take them for what they are worth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing. Just put it up for Buy It Now on Ebay for... 10 bucks. =O
And make sure you tell me when you do that. =D
    Haha nice coin though.

    You need a better camera!

I've had pretty good luck by putting small and/or relatively flat items right on my flatbed scanner.

Actually it's brand new. I need better instructions on how to take up close photos.

Just press the Flower button. Thats for close-up photos.

Actually, for something THAT small, you'll need a Micro-Zoom lens. Simply "hitting the flower button" won't do with some cameras. You'll need a lens that is designed to specifically focus in on an object that is less than an inch away from the lens.

Or a really good scanner. I'd go with the scanner, as it's a whole lot cheaper than Camera Lens shopping.

I have one of those from Disneyland. Very similar. If you find out that they are worth hundreds of dollars, be sure to post about it, so I can try to do the same with my DLR one. That could pay for half an annual pass.

I'm afraid those bronze medallions are not worth that much. I would guesstimate around $10 (possibly $20 for a serious collector). I've a couple of similar coins (but not the bi-centennial one) that I got for around $7 each. But hey, they are great items to have, IMO, so you should hold on to em.
