Electric Water Parade

I want to try this again. I posted a video of the WDW's Electric Water Parade that I shot back in 2002. I closed the post due to a major misunderstanding on my part. I thought someone else was trying to take credit for the video (this was not correct) sadly this is due to a problem I had in the past with a few of my videos shot and shared on another mouse site which shall remain nameless(this is why I haven't shared any of my videos short of some I sent to Karla). So after the person contacted me and straightened the whole matter out I want to share this again and maybe start sharing some of my videos of attractions that have closed and parades that are no more. Once again I want to thank Natdrat for helping me shrink the file down to a size that I could upload to youtube. or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv9pQF8QQ3A I hope you all enjoy it.

Does this show still run? Missed it last time, seems like it might be a fun quirky thing to do one night.

I can't find the schedule for this.

Going in a couple of weeks.

My wife and I (when we were dating) happened to be on a small ferry boat and got "trapped" in the water during the parade on night. A full moon was in the sky. We were the only ones on the boat and it was truly a "disney magical moment."

Aww, it should run each night. If you are staying at a monorail resort, or one on the water, they should tell you when it will begin at your location. All I know is the Poly at 9pm - depending upon fireworks, of course.

Thumbs up Re: Electric Water Parade

I love this wonderful, intimate, quaint little parade! My niece and nephew still talk about it years after we all first saw it. Our first unexpected encounter was several years ago while our family was having a late dinner at O'hana's in the Polynesian Resort. We looked out the window from our table and watched the entire parade as we ate. It was delightful and completely unexpected! Most recently we had just finished the incredible Hoop Dee Doo dinner show at Fort Wilderness campground and were standing on the dock at the lagoon waiting for the ferry to pick us up when the parade started. Again, absolutely delightful!! It was a perfect ending to our "adventure" in Pionneer Hall!! Everyone should experience the Electric Water Parade.

May you be surrounded by your pals this holiday season!

Thanks for posting that! I love the Electrical Water Pageant, and it's something that I always look forward to when I stay at a Magic Kingdom resort. BPF knows how much I love it, since I stopped dead in my tracks when it started the last time, as we were on our way to our Ohana reservations.

    Gotta love the EWP!

    Re: Electric Water Parade

    That is one slick video.

I must admit to enjoying the pagent ever since first seeing it on my first visit eons ago. This just goes to show that it sometimes does not take much (money, manpower, technology) to put on a good show if the creativity is placed above all else.
