Thanks, Jack. First trip report I've done. I have a lot more respect for those who do them all the time (you people know who you are). It's fun to do, but does take a bit of time and work.

Your Editorship is well deserved. Now you'll have even more work to add to your busy schedule.

This is absolutely my favorite picture. It's hard to remember how magnificent of a structure this is sometimes with that awful wand on it. I love pictures that manage to hide the wand, it brings back the beauty and majesty of this structure to the forefront and floods my mind with memories of it as it is supposed to be, like it was when I was younger.

    Thank you.

Care to explain the recliner experience?

Kind of like the photo in your sig. That has two of my favorites, Spaceship Earth and a monorail!

Would that there was an actual experience. You know we would have included the photos.

It's a chair that moves and overlooks a 60" tv. About as much movement as Mission Space Light.

    Gorgeous pics!!
Sorry the weather was so cruddy for you at Daytona!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Next time you want to see a Florida beach, check out Clearwater Beach. We got that soft, white sugar sand and there's always something going on at Pier 60.

Thanks, and the weather didn't keep us from having fun. We love exploring other cities and we loved all the cute beach homes. The "Resorts" on the beach, not so much.

We do intend to do another trip to Florida in a bit and hope to see more of it than Orlando. We'll put Clearwater Beach on the list. I checked out the Pier 60 site. Hey, we've got a pier that's nearly half a mile long and we're hoping to convince the city to sponsor a night farmer's market here in Oceanside. I was stunned that your's goes on 365 days a year!

Haven't been around much, I have my hands full with grandma care. So I just looked at the pictures, which I loved.

Have you two ever thought of adopting a child?? Maybe an adult female, 5'4, auburn hair, fair skin and green eyes?? If you are looking, I am available.
    I am just saying.

Sara, we're sorry your life has been difficult with Grandma care. We know how that goes.

Adoption? How many Ken dolls can we count on in the deal?

I'm really not a beach person, but the sunsets at Pier 60 are something to behold. Plus there's some great bars and restaurants across the street from the beach. I highly recommend Frenchy's (any of their 3 locations, esp. Rockaway or south beach). I've heard good things about the Big Ben pub as well (still need to check that out myself).
