    well.....Fantasmic will be going down for a little bit for the refurb ot TSI....so we may see the Animated heads when the show returns that should draw larger crowds

    What I like is if you watch the vid posted over at Laughing Place, you'll see Donald's hat fly off and hit Minnie - surely not meant to happen - but the control the performers have over the faces allows them both to react.
    Nice touch!

    I was just thinking that visibility has to be extremely limited with these heads. Usually in the normal heads visibility isn't that great either, but at least you have usually both the eyes and mouth to look out of. Here the mouth is closed except for talking and the eyes close when they blink.

    I wonder how well they see in those. That has to be fairly difficult. I give those performers kudos!

    I was wondering that myself, especially with Donald's third head redesign.

    As pertaining to the bold, on the Google video, I think Mickey's default position is with the mouth open. The only head that I think works in reverse is Goofy's, but I would have to have time to sit and analyze the video frame by frame.
