Monorail hours of operation?

What are the current monorail hours of operation? Both Resort Line and Epcot Line.

Both the Express Monoraila and Epcot monorails open about an hour or so before park opening and close an hour and a half after park closing.

The Resort line opens about the same time and closes at 11pm or two hours after Magic Kingdom closing, whichever is later.

I don't recall seeing the Express or Epcot Lines open two hours before park opening. This past week it was, if I remember correctly only half of an hour (8:30 AM). The Resort Line however was running by 7:00 AM for the Character Dining.
