Re: Gran Fiesta Tour Queue Details & A History Lesson

    yoyo--
Thanks for the quick response! I remember that part, but for some reason didn't make the connection.
I'm really gonna miss the old Mexico ride. I found it quite charming. I'm one cynical sonuva*****, but I loved it's quirky little film clips, fun music and the engaging dark ride setup (a rarity in Epcot). My girlfriend used to laugh at me for saying this (aloud), but that ride was tied with Spaceship Earth for my favorite ride at Epcot.

air gates, also known as cattle gates, are the gates at the load point of attractions. They are the ones that prevent you entering the vehicle until they open up, avoiding anyone from entering accidentally or too soon/late, causing them to fall.

Yes, but are the Japanese familiar with these characters from their original films (Saludos Amigos & The Three Caballeros)? or from simply the fact that they are just another group of fur/fuzzy characters that they just seem to go go-go ga-ga over?

Disney channel in Japan shows a lot of the classic short animations so they might be familiar with the the characters from there.

If memory serves I believe that the three caballeros were on a couple of episodes of House of Mouse.

That is correct! Jose was featured quite a bit actually, and Donald was in every episode.

Ludwig Von Drake is on the Mickey Mouse Club House show all the time. Just babby sit a three year old and he or she will tell you.

As long as they're not leading me to the slaughter, I'll gladly be led like cattle through Splash Mountain. Wait, I change my mind. EVEN if I am being led to slaughter, I will still be gladly led like cattle through Splash Mountain.

This new attraction better just ROCK or else I will cry and avoid it... kind of like I do with Pirates (but that's another story.)

For the record, I always wanted to see the Timekeeper, which makes me miss him more.
