OKay...I see about the scrim now...I mostly read WDW sites, I'm sorry. I was wrong.

DYK... That the Mah Jongg game in the lobby of The Tower of Terror was actually played by two championship players for one hour. Then they just stood up and walked away. This way nobody who knew the game could claim that the game was in any way inaccurate!!!

This is some more info about the HM

The ring that people might believe to be the ring that was thrown out the window is actually the bottom of a pole that was placed there when this attraction first opened. When maintenence tryed to yank the pole nub out with a screwdriver the SD broke. This accounts for what is to be the "diamond" on the top. The next day MK's guests relations was flooded with inquiries about the ring. Therefore WDW decided to never take it out and let people speculate about it.

Somebody tell me if you want me to keep going with the WDW trivia. I consider myself to be a WDW expert so I love to do this sort-of thing. Somebody let me know what you think!!!!!

Here is some more trivia for ya!!!!! Have you ever heard the same song play twice outside of the RnR starring Aerosmith. Probably not. There are 68 hours of music playing on a loop outside of the RnR attraction. Also, DYK...That the RnR ride length is 3:12 mins. Thats the same exact length of Sweet Emotion by Aerosmith..Be sure to try to get the Limo that plays that song. You will notice that they did not cut any of the song out of the ride. Also, there are five different limos parked in RnR. Each of them play a different Aerosmith song during the ride. And be sure to check out the equipment in the RnR studio where Aersmith is. It is actual equipment used for Aerosmith's Nine Lives Tour. There is also a Hidden Mickey in the studio. Can you find it?????

DYK.....The colors of the monorails at WDW are Green, Black, Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Purple, Gold, Silver, Pink, Lime, and Coral. (Lime and Coral have "trapezoids" on their stripes to help distinguish them from Pink and Green).

DYK...The music in Illuminations is performed by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

DYK...The "dolphins" atop the Walt Disney World Dolphin weigh 68,000 pounds each. They are also not dolphins as we know them, but are dolphin fish, a different species altogether

There you go Mellywil! Those r just for u!

The Hidden Mickey that I know of in the G-Force studio of the Rock-n-Rollercoaster is a bunch of audio cables on the floor looped around to form a Mickey head.

Is that the one you were looking for?

Kyle I am a huge Disney triva fan so this is great. I could add stuff but I don't think any of it would be new but here are a few:

DYK: the sound stages at MGM were used for The New Mickey Mouse Club and people used to be able to see them shooting if you took the old tour.

DYK: Playhouse Disney used to be a Restaurant and up in the rafters is the old site of the old Catwalk Bar.

DYK:when AK opened there used to be a secret path that would take you over a waterfall. It seemed to have disappered when they made the marked path that is was off of the smoking area for AK.

Thanks Jerm!!! This DYK is just for you!

DYK...After you pass through the Haunted Mansion's library, you are presented with an eerie piano, apparently playing by itself. However, if you look at the floor in front of it, you will see the shadow of a wretched ghost playing the haunting tune. In front of the piano on the floor is the piano stool, and three sheets of music. A close inspection of the music reveals that that one of the sheets contains staff lines, but no notes, meaning the poor composer never lived to complete his work, and is doomed to haunt the mansion until it is finished. The piano itself is an original, built by the Schomacker Piano Co. out of Philadelphia , Pennsylvania . The piano is believed to have been built somewhere between 1870 and 1890.

DYK...The Audio-Animatronic of Gene Kelly in the Singing in the Rain scene of The Great Movie Ride was inspected by Gene Kelly himself before it was shipped to Disney World.

~When Animal Kingdom first opened there were several dead and fried knights scattered on the banks of the river near the Camp Minnie Mickey side of the bridge to Camp Minnie Mickey. The original themeing was for the Beastly Kingdom part of the park where the Camp now resides and the knights were to have been the victims of the dragon who occasionally breathes fire out of his cave to the right. They were removed after the park opened because it terrified small children and was out of theme.

~DYK that you will almost never here a page inside a WDW park for a guest? This is used only in the event of EXTREME emergancies such as a guest in cardiac arrest or who has died and the resort is trying to get in touch with family members to advise them of the dire situation. (yes, there are other reasons, but just as remote as these)

~There were talks to bring a MYST themed interactive attraction to the old Discovery Island location? WDI was in talks with the Myst creators to allow a certain number of guests per day (think Discovery cove style) onto the island to play out a Myst like game complete with puzzles. The talks fell apart after they got to costs and compensation but the plans are still out there.

~DYK that a woman actually tried to sue WDW because she stated the sudden pressure change that occured in the hydrolators at the Living Seas ruptured her ear drums during the "quick and violent" descent to sea base Alpha? Yes, she lost.

~DYK the rooms at the Contempary resort where actually made in steal boxes and furnished off site complete with lamps, beds and paintings attached and then moved on flat bed trucks to WDW and installed with large cranes by sliding the rooms into the A frame of the resort? The original idea was that every few years, the old rooms could be slid out using the same method and replaced with brand new rooms. However, the humidity and florida weather all but fused the rooms in place and the rooms never were changed out.

    Just a few.
