I think he is referring to the fact that if you eat the shake and then exit from a air conditioned enviroment like the 50's into the park at the peak of summer heat then you may get sick.

I have a iron stomach though and will drink the shake and go immediately to the TOT.

I like the atmosphere at both places. I prefer the atmosphere at Sci Fi more, but I like the menu at 50's a LOT more. They have more variety and their pot roast is excellent.

I really hope to never have to go to either again, because neither of them lived up to the hype in my opinion.

That said, I wasn't as annoyed by the atmosphere of the Sci-Fi, but the food was nothing special. I hated the atmosphere AND food at the Prime Time.

I prefer the 50s to the Sci-Fi. Part of that may be because I got sick from the Sci-Fi a few years ago Both themes are great but I suggest you stay away from the All-American burger (if they even still serve it) [smilie=9,43,14]

I really want to go to Sci Fi - better or not, that just seems more appealing
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
