It's gotta be MK the final night, just to soak it all in one last time. It's a special place and a special park, especially main street. Just to walk along the sidewalks and browse through the stores for that last souvenir is amazing! It's a bittersweet thing, leaving the MK; who knows when you'll be back. I still remember leaving DL upon the conclusion of my first visit there. I did not want to leave. It's been 4 years and I haven't been back, but budget willing, next year will see us in the happiest place on earth!
It's always always ALWAYS a water park in the day, then over to the Magic Kingdom for Wishes on the final night. The second from last night is always Epcot and IllumiNations as well. Its so nice to end the holiday with a relaxing day at a water park then with a big Disney bang at night. I'm getting all emotional and nostalgic just thinking about! I suppose its bringing back the feelings of the last day of a Disney holiday.
On our last day, it's breakfast at Perkin's - best omelettes in the world - and usually straight to the airport. Cos we stay off site, we don't go to Disney on our last day. Probably for the best. I'd just wanna stay there and will end up missing my flight.

On our last night, the wife and I leave the kids and we head offsite to eat a nice relaxed non-Disney dinner. We congratulate ourselves on another successful trip and inevitably one us blurts out "this is our last trip to Disney for awhile"
Count me in with last night at the MK. There's just something about making the first park the last one that we visit each trip. Seeing the MSEP (or Spectromagic), the fireworks, Main Street all lit up at night, and riding those few short-line rides always makes for a fitting ending to our Disney stay.
Usually the next morning finds us at Downtown Disney to take care of last minute shopping needs and to act as an easy withdrawl to the whole parks experience.

Last time I went, we did all four parks in one day. Did AK until 4 or so, went to Studios for fantasmic, went to Epcot for Illuminations, went to MK for one last ride on Splash. barely made the last one. If I had to do it over again, I'd skip Illuminations.
