The compensation is pathetic ... I'm honestly surprised as this is Patina and NOT Disney.

Considering this will wind up being a minimum 60-hour a week job, I would say a realistic pay scale would start at $75,000-100,000 ... and go up.

Children without college degrees make more than $45,000 in many fields.

I'm still sad that they are changing the restaurant. It's not like it wasn't doing good business.
