You normally only get a reply if you've put it in writing to Guest Relations. Emails are responded to by emails unlessyou give a contact telephone number. If you call at City Hall it is noted and passed on to the relevant manager. If you have an immediate problem then that should be dealt with at the ride/show/ restaurant by a supervisor or manager.

Re: Prices to Increase at Cinderellas Royal Table

We had a very magical experience when it was King Stephan's and were happy to pay the outrageous price. It sounds like it's lost a lot of it's luster. Off topic, breakfast buffet at the Princeville Westin in Kauai was $35 a person...totally outrageous even with fabulous food and service.

Re: Prices to Increase at Cinderellas Royal Table

I was a huge fan of King Stefan's back when they had the silver plates. The "Prince John" open faced sandwich was my favorite. After eating there for breakfast 10 years ago I noticed the big change. I don't enjoy being rushed through my meal and I don't think the food or the picture are worth the price you have to pay. For years Cinderella did sets in the lobby and people took their own pictures, it worked out fine. I have also heard the horror stories from friends with daughters who had to call several times to get a reservation.

If looks like the poster did that.

The Sheraton you speak of with the $86 breakfast, is it the one at 39 Dalton St.?

Re: Prices to Increase at Cinderellas Royal Table

ate there a very long time ago when it was king stephan's. IT was nice then but I wouldn't do it now. We ate at ariel's grotto at DCA this past week and it was 20.95 for a three course meal. We also met ariel, cinderella, snow white, the fairy godmother, alice, and I heard mary poppins was there. Instead of this meal, I would make reservations in norway for their princess experience. it's cheaper and cinderella actually comes to your table rather than meeting her in the lobby.

Just wanted to let you know the Cindy does not appear at the Norway restaurant. We were just there and they had Belle, Mulan, Jasmine, Snow White, and Aurora. Besides the Castle in the MK, you can find Cindy at 1900 Park Fare for dinner.

If the Cinderella thing has become the rush and poor food that you perceive it is then this needs to be communicated to Disney. All I can say is we had a very bad experience back in 1995 at DL Anaheim - Residents Day - and way too many people in the park. I registered (politely) my disappointment at City Hall and followed it through in writing. Result: FULL refund of our two day tickets and a letter of apology (which I still have). I complained at WDW that the Country Bears were not doing their Christmas show. A representative called me at home in the U K from Florida and explained exactly and in depth why such a decision had been taken. So Disney do listen and they do try to put right. All I can say is that you are registering disappointment as an adult - the experience may be different for the small child (although it seems one or two have also picked up bad vibes)

Thanks for that advice. I did not complain because it was not "bad". I was not thinking how horrible it was ,but rather "I paied how much, for THIS?". For the price I expected something extra. It really did not deliver.

Now the Norway meal (I have had both breakfast and dinner there) are different. The breakfast food is the same level Disney fare, but for the price thats what I expected, and the characters were VERY attentive.

Dinner at Norway was something special - at least to me. But then a good chunk of my heritage is Norwegian. I sweat they had nokkelost cheese there once which I can not even find anymore. Pickled Herring, gravd lox, lefse, all good stff. No lutefisk though, I wonder why
