Those Brazillian groups annoy me. Maybe its just me and I need to get over it, but it always seems like they're trying to make a spectacle out of themselves instead of just enjoying the parks like everybody else.
It's very much a cultural thing. Brazilians aren't dancing and singing to show off in any way - that's just what they do. It can be annoying, especially in a queue. I try to be tolerant.
Thanks for the report! I haven't been to Disneyland for a month! It was so crowded and hot last time I swore I wouldn't go back until late August. Happy birthday, Disneyland! 52! Heck, I'm 55. I remember opening day! I was two, months away from three. The aspalt on the parking lot was dark black, warm, and soft. They let us little kids scramble after Cracker Jack boxes. Most of the rides were closed. I went on the The Wild Ride of Mr. Toad three times. I must have been one of the first! I got nightmares from the hell at the end of the ride. I remember Walt Disney giving a speech, as I already idolized him from the Disneyland television show, Sunday nights. Dad, a newspaper reporter, said most thought the park would fail. That day has to be one of the highlights of my childhood, if not my life.
