I have to say though the new fireworks at DLR are some of the best that I have ever seen. It is definetly one of the best Disney has ever done.

Re: WDW Magic Kingdom "4th of July Fireworks!"

DLP has put on some Ok shows in the past... like the "Tinkerbell Fireworks" with it's castle sparklers... Very pretty. But other shows have been duds, with hardly any BOOM or BANG to them... severely silent shows due to protests from Marne-La-Valee residents. Don't know about their version of "Wishes" so I hope it is as good as the MK's. I personally like their original "Fantasia In the Sky" show they did back in 92.

I saw the 4th of July fireworks from The Grand Floridian and from my vantage point could see the Magic Kingdom, the island in front of the Grand, which was doing teh same display as behind the castle, and then in the distance the MGM fireworks display. It was awesome
