I am going to jump on the Port Orleans band wagon. I have never stayed there but my mom did and loved it immensely. For your restaurant choice I am going to go with the Rose and Crown. I was able to eat there on the balcony one year and we timed it just right for Illuminations viewing.

The Rose and Crown was very, very good. I ate there sitting on the patio overlooking the lagoon and loved every second of it. I had the fish and chips and thought it was the best I have ever had. And I have eaten more than my share od dish and chips over the years I can not wait to go back and have another serving.

Are the fish and chips served at the Rose and Crown the same as those served at the adjacent counter service eatery? I think they're both described as Harry Ramsden's -- but I'm wondering whether the serving size or quality of filet is different.

I like the fish & chips at Ragland Road better.
