Thank you for the pictures.

The coffee shop is already operational? They filed for it two days ago. They certainly work quickly.

It is temporary, just opened today - for a few months until the permanent location is open.

I bought tea, so it's definitely up and running!

Hey Denise!

Great pictures as usual. Looked like a neat old stormy hot day. Thanks for the WDW fix!

Glad to see the stubble is gone as well. I keep checking Ebay to see if the stars are showing up yet, but no luck. Maybe they'll reuse them for something...

Re: 8/31 Epcot, Yak and Yeti, Contemporary Photos

Great update, as usual.

So I guess no Yak and Yeti for our October trip.

And seeing that it may be a year or more until our next WDW trip (after October), it may be awhile.

Its like your eyes are now immediately drawn to that awesome golf ball, and not some silly Wand...

Thanks everyone! Yak and Yeti won't be open until at least November. I am looking forward to the Haunted Mansion in a couple of weeks, though!

You are welcome - we did have a pretty good storm (the bus driver was really booking it through the rain too!)

Perhaps they'll move the stars to the new CRV.

Thanks for all the pictures! G-d willing, I'll be driving up this weekend, so I guess I'll be seeing lots of walls around.

Have a good trip, you should see LOTS of walls! It's the Year of a Million Blockades at Epcot.

(but it should look great in a few weeks!)

You know you're a theme park geek when you smile at refurb tarps/ walls!

............the funny looks I got when skipping past the Mansion singing something about "Zipping- a-doodah".

LOL!

I don't smile at all of them, but I am looking forward to the new HM in two weeks! (less than 2 weeks now!) Of course, we all were happy about the SE crane too!

We were also at Epcot on Friday. I was afraid that Spaceship Earth would look bald and weird without the wand and name; but I was wrong-it looks very majestic.
