December WDW Visit

So my girlfriend and I decided to hit WDW from Dec. 16-20. I normally take longer trips, but this is all we have time for. So MC'ers having never been to WDW in December here are my questions...

My GF has never been to WDW, if we're only going to be there for a few days what do you reccomend? I'm looking for the can't misses at WDW in your opinions. I'm a DLR CM and I've been to WDW quite a bit, so I'm a bit biased.
What kind of crowds can I expect, again I've been to WDW...but in April and January. Both were pretty light attendance months.
What kind of weather should I expect? Cold, warm...

As for weather...
Cool in the mornings and evenings! Bring a jacket or sweatshirt you can take off in the day time but easily put on in the mornings and evenings!

I think it depends where you are from. We are from Canada, so we were hot, and the evenings we perfect for us, no sweaters needed. But with that said, I think the temps were in the mid 70's when we were there.

Expect warm, t-shirt weather during the day but bring a sweater/light jacket for night.

Unless we get a crazy cold snap and you'll be freezing your butt off both day and night. I remember New Year's at Pleasure Island back in 2000. It was literally FREEZING that night! I found out vinyl pants will keep your legs nice and toasty though!
