Has anyone been to the Canadian Pavillion and checked out the new film? Apparently there was some to-do about it (Canadian Thanksgiving today). How does it compare to the old one?

It wasn't quite open on my last visit in August, but it opened in early September and reviews have appeared in a number of recent Trip Reports - but here's the thread that is a review from its opening - Now Showing - "O Canada"
I've seen it and I think it was tastefully done, I did like the showcase of beautiful places in Canada and Martin Short added just enough humor to make it enjoyable. I also believe he does mention the Canadian thanksgiving but I am not for certain.
Heh, I just had a thought. It's very similar to Ellen's additions to the Universe of Energy, so add some aerials of Canadian providences and throw in some humor from Martin Short and you have the new Canada film.
it's a cute film but to me too much martin and not enough about canada. I have a to admit I love the new song at the end though
I couldn't stand the references to "fake Canada" (Canada Pavillion) as just minutes prior our host welcomed everybody to Canada and the Canadians in the audience "home".
Personally I liked it better than the old one.
