Thanks for the TR Fishy!! It was great finally meeting some of the people I've seen in other trip reports. I'm sorry my work schedule only permitted me to join the group on Friday. I get to enjoy the previous days vicariously through your pics!

    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Hooray for more updates from, Fishbulb. Where shall I begin, tonight?

I love Test Track very much too. I get a Fast Pass for that one and Soarin when I goto Epcot. I love thoses two rides both the same.

Savik "Beverly" face, is priceless. Now, all you need is a little kid praising it to death, about how awesome it is. Just like my first taste of "Beverly".

Club Cool didn't have "Fanta" that last time I was there and it's kind of like ?why? too. You can get "Fanta" anywhere.

That grilled Salmon didn't look too yummy. I'm sure it maybe. It just doesn't in picture.

So, happy to finally see Mark. I am wondering how Mark has been liking, WDW?

^ Wanted to say, that picture of the Castle, is so very beautiful. I would want that on my wall.

I look forward to more reports, Fishbulb. Take Care!

ok just out of curiosity how many bags of candy actually got collected that night and how many made it home? our group went on thursday night, hit all the giveaway spots and came home with 6 bags filled to the brim. two of them contained those hershey miniature kisses. I have to admit they gave out great candy this year.

For most of the evening my bag was about 1/3 filled, then we went on the treat walk and a CM saw my bday button and proceeded to take handfulls of candy and filled my bag. then she gave me another one. (didn't fill that one, though )

I was disappointed this year - I went to 3 Halloween parties and ended up with almost nothing chocolate. However, I have plenty of gummy items and candy hot dogs to hand out to the kids in the neighborhood.

Jimmie and I are enjoying reading the reports. And I feel compelled to remind you that I LIKE Beverly, and now I'm longing for it again. (Two shots of Beverly just before riding Mission Space is perfect!)

    WDW Invasion II

    Day 4 of 7
October 24th Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure

Exhausted I woke up and got my coffee. Today was Universal Day for some who chose to go. Wolfy, MickeyMaxx, Rixter, Borneo, Savik101, Dustysage and myself went in one van, and Doom BGI drove another group in his car.

We arrived bright and early at Universal Citywalk and met up with Witches of Morva. Rixter and Dusty made us Dining reservations for Mythos (aka Miss Oat's) while some of the group, myself included, got some Starbucks.

Now Off to IOA and one of the best rides in the known universe, The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman!

We passed under the Hulk coaster and were told it was down indefintely. Bummer. Spiderman looked in the distance and my heart raced. I was so dying to ride this wonderful attraction again.

We got off of the Spiderman ride and check on the Hulk. Still down. Oh well. We then crossed over to Suess Landing a onto the Cat in the Hat ride. I think this ride is wonderful, I really do. There is a problem with it though. This is a children's ride but it spins an turns like a ride for the tween crowd and above. It's a ride whose content and ride system don't match.

    Cat in the Hat Queue

On to the High in the Sky Trolly ride. Again another cute little ride.

    Savik101 and Doom BGI

Dueling Dragons was next. All in the group were amazed at the in depth themeing of the queue.

We stayed to listen to the windows tell the story of the dragons

After missing the next showing of Posseidon's Fury we wandered over to ride the Jurassic Park River Adventure.

Along the way we rode the little Unicorn Coaster. Nice little ride if there is no wait.

Our Hollywood Jurassic Park ride is MUCH better.

"Uh you did say there would be Dinosaurs on your Dinosaur tour, right?"

Noon came an we took of to Mythos (aka Miss Oat's).

I had the most WONDERFUL meal. It was a seared Pork chop with Pistachios Blueberry and Bleu Cheese alongside Smokey Chedar Mac and Cheese. I died it was so good.

    The dining area

    restrooms

    Kitchen

Looking out the widow across the lagoon we noticed The Hulk was running again. We finished up lunch and the group made their way to this amazing coaster.

While the group got Hulked I took time for myself and wandered around the entrance of the park taking in the details.

The group was done and they joined up with those who were waiting.

We left IOA an crossed into Universal Studios Orlando.

    Our group entering Universal

We only had an hour and a half in this park, as it closed at 5pm, so we went straight for the Mummy ride. To save time we used th Single rider entrance. It worked Brilliantly.

That being done the next priority was Men in Black.

    Loading

A very clever ride this one. It stays true to the spirit of the film very well.

We passed by the old Back tot he Future building where they are building the simpsons ride

    Savik101 got some Simpsons love

It was now time to leave for the day as we had to get over to Animal Kingdom for the 6:30pm Sunset Safari, Extra Magic Hours Meet.

After changing at the Hotel we packed back into the car and headed off to Animal Kingdom. We were all very anxious to see this park at night and it did not dissapoint.

We negelcted to confirm the availability of the Safari ride during Extra Magic Hours and learned it was closed after sunset. The sad thing about Extra Magic Hours for Animal Kingdom is that, if animals are part of the attraction, like the Safari, the Trails or the shows, they are closed. So essentially there is little to do but the park is still stunning.

    No Safari for you!

The group enjoyed the cool weather and tranquil setting while waiting for others to show

The Safari that never was group

    An enlightened Dustysage

After our not Safari we headed towards Everest.

We passed Kali River Rapids and some decided to brave the rapids with Ponchos while others observed the detail in the queue.

    Savik101 ready to go

Sadako and Rixter are all ponchoed and ready

Fun Stuff. I stayed Dry. Onto Everest.

This ride is just STUNNIG at night.

After one ride through I sat the next two of and took pics of the area.

The group rode Everst three times in a row ad then we moved on to Dinosaur. We barely made it in time too

It was after this ride that we made our way out of the park.

Disney's Animal Kingdom is a beautiful place at night. I am sure that, with a few C-ticket rides the park could easily extend it's operating hours. They already have three e-tickets they just need to pad it a bit.

It was another fun, but tiring day.

Savik101 you're so funny. But be careful Savik101. Selma might want your hand and marriage next.

Great pictures, Fishbulb. I just always wonder if anyone taken a picture of my boy Beetlejuice when it comes to Universal. But great pictures. The scenes from MIB look cute.
