Wow, the theming and details at Islands of Adventure really looks amazing, and great pictures once again. Seuss Land almost looks like you're walking through a Dr. Seuss book. So what makes Spiderman the best ride for you? and what's Men in Black like? How far away is IOA from Disney? Sorry for all the questions.

Good questions scrappydawg. Spiderman is like nothing else I've seen before part simulator/dark ride/3d show. l'll write more about it and MIB when I am back at a regular computer and can use a spoiler tag. I don't want to ruin it for anyone.

The Universal resort is about 14 miles from Disney. In reality it was faster to get there via car than a trip on disney transport from POFQ to AK. :P

Wow wow... all these TRS REALLY make me want to go to IOA so badly!!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Great Trip Report Mousercise. I'm glad to see that you had a wonderful time at WDW.

I am so happy you were able to see your Country Bears again. I feel the same when it came to seeing Mr.Toad at DL.

WDW's IASW, is so much newer looking in my IMHO. I also love the Holland scene in WDW. But I think the Holland scene in DL is so much more cuter. Also in WDW, I love this little boy with a mask in his face. I just love his little dance, it's so cute (it's in the Hawallian scene).

    Great night time pictures.

"Universe of Energy" I love it too. But never went in it again, after one of the dinosaucers spitted water and hitted my nose. My father laughed at it at the time and I was just trying to be strong and hold in my tears. Because it hurted me. It was like a punch to the nose. That water was too big and strong.

I'm happy you went into that little greenhouse ride at "The Land". I love going through that one. I love seeing how big the veggies and fruit grow in it. I have nevered seen them make stuff out of Mickey Mouse ears though. That is too cool.

The little clown fishes are so cute.

You saw Clara Cluck! Lucky you!

Well, I look forward into seeing more. I enjoyed seeing your great pictures.

Thanks Hayley. Sorry about the dino in the Universe of Energy Yes, the IASW at WDW does look newer. I thought the colors were more vibrant. Oh well that's we've got the original out here I liked the wdw version ...cute, short, the boat didn't bottom out, and it was air conditioned.

It goes with the avatar, it's from a comic called Angry Little Girls.

More questions from you?! These things take time and I had to go spend time with my peeps at DL today

(non-sarcastic translation: questions are welcome )

To finish up my thought's on IOA and Universal, I think I can do it without spoiling it.

Spiderman: Like I've said, it's like nothing else I've ever seen before, simulator/dark ride/3d show. Everyone just needs to go to Orlando and try it out .

MIB: Just like Buzz Lightyear except you shoot at aliens (that look better than the "cardboard" cutouts that Buzz Lightyear uses) and rack up points. You can also shoot at the other cars and make them spin (which I would have loved to know before I went on the ride).

Other than the rides, IOA is a beautiful park and it gave me some of my most favorite pictures from the trip.

Re: WDW Invasion II Trip Report by Mousercise

Aaaand, the cast members at Universal were FRIENDLIER than the ones we encountered at WDW for the most part. How crazy is that?

To sum it up for Mousercise, Islands of Adventure is a BEAUTIFUL park that nobody was seeing. It's just so dead compared to ANY of the Disney parks. Hopefully Harry Potter will change that because competition is something Disney World needs.

    Ok on with this TR.....

    Day 5 - 10.25.07

(back to) Animal Kingdom and (first time at) MGM

Well since we missed the safari on day 2, it was back to Animal Kingdom! Beautiful day, the weather was perfect In the 70's, I wore my jacket most of the day. Probably took the most pictures on this day.

We finally made it there after a loooooong wait for the bus and a loooooong bus ride.

    Ladybugs on a lamppost.

This time we didn't hesitate to get a FP for Safari so it was off to Africa first thing.

Since I had stayed out late the night before I was looking for some coffee. Unfortunately this place was closed. (Also, everyone look Pal Mickey has a new Pirate outfit )

He also had a sword. In the morning at the bus stop, a cute little girl started a duel with Mickey using her princes wand. It was so cute Coheteboy has those pictures.

    butterflylark with pal Mickey

After getting the FP's we took a train ride to the Conservation Station. Not my favorite place, there were snakes in there!

This sign on the train was so random....

Killing time, we wandered into Asia.

    Monkeys

The exit of Kali River Rapids. I'm not a fan of these raft rides so butterflylark and I waited at the exit for Coheteboy. And he exits the ride with a few drops of water on him. If I went on I probably would have been drenched.

Up next....Tiger Walk, Safari, and MGM
