More great pictures, Mousercise! I like your comments about the trip too.
Day 6 - 10.26.07
Magic Kingdom and Epcot
4th day at the Magic Kingdom. Our goal was to get on a few rides we missed on the previous trips: Splash Mountain (it really was better), BTMRR, Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan, and Carousel of Progress.
Pal Mickey was ready for his jungle cruise expedition.
Pal Mickey looked down and realized he'd been wearing the same outfit for two days! I knew I should have bought him the rain coat.
After lunch, we took another ride on the Haunted Mansion. Best part of the ride
Hurry baaaaaaack
BTMRR just opened after a rehab. We had gotten FP's earlier and good thing too b/c the line was long.
but I still like the original better. I don't recall seeing goat hill on this one.
A view of Main Street you don't see at DL.
The castle
Heading toward the Carosel of Progress
Worst Attraction Ever.
East Coast Buzz Lightyear, didn't go on it
Definitely had to do this one since it's no longer at DL
Ride buddy decided to take a nap
It was alright, I think it's cool that they keep it around.
Since we had accomplished our ride list it was time to finally say goodbye to the MK. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would, guess it was because there was a lot more to do there.
I hope so
bye
I want to stay there!
Let's go to Epcot
On to the World Showcase
We took a boat across to Italy to see what was going on at the meet. I really regret not spending the whole day sipping and nibbling with everyone
Jeff and butterflylark
After a quick hello it was off to Germany for some food. I had an Apple Strudel
He was stumped about something, I can't remember what.
I just thought this was a cute sign.
Japan.... which is basically a giant overpriced department store (nearly $3 for Pocky!!!) and a couple of restaurants.
We visited the toy museum in Japan
Morocco, I thought it was one of the most beautiful areas in the World Showcase
Where we ate dinner at on Tuesday
I had to stop for one of those Grey Goose frozen lemon things
Loved it! So did Pal Mickey
On to Canda to see the new Circlevision. I didn't realize how big of a deal it was for them to update the movie until I told one of my Canadian co-workers about it and she said it was well known in Canada before that it was really really outdated.
Somewhere along the way we picked up an extra magic evenings wristband. I just need to comment that this system was really inconvenient and not only because I hate wearing wristbands. 1) I didn't see where it was listed on a map or something where the distribution points would be, you just kinda find them by the mob of people surrounding it, 2) I constantly had to check the times guide on a daily basis b/c I could never remember the hours, 3) it was confusing for me and I read MiceChat I can't imagine how confusing it is for someone who doesn't know that much about the it 4) unless I loaded them on my pda I never knew what attractions were open for the extra hours. For the evening hours Epcot only gave out a list of the open attractions when we picked up the wristband. Ok rant over.
On to mission space!
After MS we went to Japan/Yakitori House for dinner.
The interior of the beautiful China pavillion
We watched the circlevision. I really love those things.
After a ride on Maelstrom we went on one of my favorite rides. The Gran Fiesta Tour with The Three Caballeros!!! It was one of my favorite movies as a kid, they showed it on the Disney Channel a lot.
Sooo exciting, we went on it twice
Adios!
After this we headed over to Future World to get one more ride on Nemo and Mission Space. Mission Space has the best little game at the exit of the ride butterflylark and I played it for three rounds!
Day 7 - 10.27.07
Going home
Realizing I hadn't taken any pictures of the hotel, I took some on the way to breakfast.
The rest of the day we packed and shopped. Thanks to DOOM BGI, we also got to go to the Disney outlet ( I really have to go back there some day, they had some good stores).
Overall it was a very fun trip with good company. I've wanted to go to WDW as long as I could remember and I really loved it (despite Stitch's Great Escape and the short operating hours). Also, IOA was incredible! Not a day has gone by since where I haven't wished I could be back on vacation there. It was so nice to live like a kid and visit theme parks for 7 straight days. I'm already planning my return trip
Thanks for reading![]()

No words, My tears won't make any room for more,
And it don't hurt, like anything I've ever felt before, this is
No broken heart,
No familiar scars,
This territory goes uncharted...
