Did they not have the Rose Regale this year? I don't drink a lot, but that is my favorite (and is usually a staple at the Food and Wine, though it is now sold at Sams Club, etc.)

This is my all time favorite from Germany. We buy a bottle every time we return to Epcot...Valkenberg Gewurztraminer Pfalz.

I don't know. This was my first year fully experiencing the Food & Wine festival so I wasn't aware. And I just took the list from what Rixter had posted for those who were on the Invasion II.

Personally, I loved the white wine from Spain - Don Olegario Albarino. I have WDWLakelandFL to thank for sharing it with me to sip and enjoy!

Rose Regale is a sweeter sparkling wine. VERY good with dark chocolate. I think Epcot has it all year round, and I'm sure they still sell it at the Italy pavillion. For a while, the only place I could find it was the Lake Buena Vista ABC Liquors, they had it because of all the requests they had after the Food and Wine Festivals. http://static.flickr.com/64/196475672_a98062daa6.jpg

I had a few sips of the white from Spain (very good!) - I'm more partial to rose' type wines. Though I also had a few sips of the plum wine, and that was probably my favorite of what I did try.

They had it at the Food and Wine Festival Center. It is my favorite too and had to get a glass. Last year it was in the Italy booth. With chocolate eclairs. I remember that!

I wish I'd seen that! Yum, Rose Regale with chocolate (any chocolate!)

World Market often has the very small bottles, I can't usually finish off a big bottle before it goes flat (I just don't drink enough, and that is one where one glass is enough).

I've also seen gigantic bottles, like several times larger than the normal. But places like BJ's Warehouse, World Market, Publix, Sams Club often now sell it. I need to get some soon. It'd be nice to have a meet where we just bring a couple of bottles of wine (some RADP friends and I did that last month). Much cheaper by the bottle! But it usually is something I get as a gift, since the bottle is like $20.00 (for the regular size).

Absolutely loved the S.A. Prum Riesling Spatlese! Tried to find it in the wine shop in Germany but couldn't. And the CMs were way too busy with drunken guests, and cleaning up dropped bottles from the floor to get to to ask them. Going to try to find it online.
