Mermaid and American Adventure Closing [for Refurb]

New Refurbishments
-The American Adventure show at Epcot will be closed for refurbishment from January 7 through February 3, 2008 for refurbishment. It is rumored that the show curtains and lighting will be fixed during this time.
- The Voyage of The Little Mermaid show at the Disney MGM Studios will be closed for refurbishment from December 10 through December 14, 2007. During this time, some general maintenance.

Interesting to see another short refurb at the Studios and such a long refurb at the American Adventure just for some very minor changes. It's nice to see so many things being fixed up for a change.

Take the long title. I was going to be really ticked at Disney for closing AA! A month rehab is fine and I'm sure necessary. It's much better now!

The rear-projection screen is to be replaced as filed last month...

Interesting to see another short refurb at the Studios

Well I like all these short general rehabs the Studios are doing...keeps rides from needing 5 month rehabs a la Mansion...and its doing wonders for RnRC...those three rehabs over the past year have made it (IMO) the best running coaster in Central Florida. Its just running smooth and feeling great. I approve of this short constant rehab tactic.
